Grateful my cable got fixed.
Grateful to unpack my last kitchen box. Not my last box...but last for the kitchen!
Grateful for rain and cool weather.
Grateful I'm off work today.
Grateful sobriety brought me here, today, and it is good.

grateful I'm not on the floor either nogard, and I don't have a headache, nausea, and regrets. I'm grateful for cooler weather and sitting outside watching the stars last night and this morning (better than TV) and having time to think and be with myself and actually liking my own company these days.
My favorite Eagles song is take it to the limit one more time. Two of my daughters and I danced to it on father's day and I was grateful for them and the music to dance to.
We were viewing my video of the Eagles farewell tour in Melbourne.
I have not taken it to the limit for a long time thanks to SR.

But the dreams I've seen lately are turning out differently;
Sobriety makes for some magic changes.
We grow, we learn, we make time for life...
Thank you grtgrandpa! ♥
Love V xx
Thank you venuscat. I feel connected to Oz because my grtgrtgrandpa was sent there from Ireland on a prison ship in the 1800s and was never heard from again. His wife and 7 children came to the states in 1825 or I would not be here. Gratitude doesn't begin to cover the rewards we get in recovery. I feel the love tonight not making time listening to Elton John.
