To cut to the chase,
without it, I would surely be soulless by now...
and maybe dead.
Why are YOU grateful for SR today??

Aw Rusty. What a nice thing to say. And truly just the right time I needed to read it.
Grateful for people I've never met who touch my heart and dont know me but somehow still have so much to give.

Yes, grateful for all your gratitude posts here, EQ
...and grateful that SR means I am not alone, even when I don't feel like crawling out of my house! Reading others' posts and getting so much from them because it makes it ok that I don't feel great that day... we all have those down days... and being mindful of that instead of denying it, hiding it and pushing it aside... I think that's the beginnings of true recovery.

Grateful for SR because it is anonymous, it is 24/7, and is always as close as my phone.
I have had a tough time with cravings lately and whenever I come to SR it keeps me in the right place in my head.

Grateful to SR ....
And for the wise people on this site who give guidance so freely...
and who have gone ahead of me and want to shed light in my direction.
Grateful to trust these sobriety angels.

Grateful SR is here at the end of the day... a day when I was at a social event with lots of alcohol around.
Grateful I can come here and know that you all know what that feels like..... when you're the only sober one, but you love these people so you go.

I am gratefull for SR, because it reassures me people of every type, all over the world, need sobriety too, and are doing it, and enjoying life, and so that tells me I can too.
I am grateful to SR on the day of my fourth month of sobriety, SR enabled me to unlock the strength to make my life so much better.
I am also grateful that SR includes EQ who constantly amazes me with her new and wonderful threads on ways to think about sobriety.

Today I am grateful for the SR website... because my posts help to document to me my progress over time. And our posts are always there for us to read back to ourselves should we ever forget where we have been.
