morning Gratitude-Part 24

i'm stretching for the gratitude today sneeze....but if I go on auto-pilot with my routine, i hope it will kick in....i'm trying to remember to take my own advice and take the high road and turn off the anger switch....(i do recognise it as one of my big triggers).
I'm grateful for real friends, enemies that keep their distance and the fact that I know how to block emails, phone numbers and ignore my notifications from some sites.
i'm grateful that i place my sobriety front and center and do not want to go backwards.
back later gotta go and walk the pup.

Grateful for my sister's help

I made a business decision 2 weeks ago....on reflection it was not a good plan.The reason I know...tho nothing drastic happened..it has made me stressed and I've spent too many hours being wishy washy soooo
grateful I will cancel and get back my peace.....

Grateful as I am typing this Princess is on my shoulder licking my face
Grateful I am up early and ready to start the day.
Grateful I have all my fingers & toes as many peeps don't.

Grateful to wake with no specific chores..duties or obligations that need attention...color me Carol lazy today.

grateful that i am no longer walking around in the mud to walk the dog...it makes a mess of my pedicure.
grateful this morning to have a freshly cut pineapple without cutting my fingers.
grateful i got up early to have some time for me before work...and grateful for the extra work because it helps me pay the bills...there are always an abundance of those too.

Ah, yes, abundant bills......the bane of my existence but I try to frame it as, when I didn't have abundant bills, I didn't have a roof over my head. Keeps me sane until I get the next batch of bills; then wash, rinse and repeat.
Grateful to have paid my escalating school taxes yesterday; an increasingly large chunk of change each year.
Grateful to have paid my cell phone bill which includes ridiculous tax surcharges on them.
Grateful to have paid my electric bill, which has a fee on it for them to prepare my bill each month? (If I did that to my customers, I'd have no customers)
Grateful to maintain a level of sanity in a world that at times seems completely insane.

Grateful to have gone grocery shopping yesterday so we have everything we need this morning...grateful to have a few hours today to enjoy doing "nothing" ...grateful to have way to gauge my anxiety so I know when to back off on outside commitments.

I too decorated a bit with fall colors and slept with the heat on I live near Atlanta way across the country from Newby.I'm glad our weather is a match because....
I do expect to visit Seattle today tho....my Falcon's play the SeaHawks
later.....I've made it a point to watch while munching on
and sipping my favorite beverage......Iced Tea.Grateful for y'all....
