good morning gratties

love it Sneezey......I don't have talk to my ego, it takes me down a peg or two every time I look in the mirror....

grateful this morning to wake up naturally and no headache....no stress. the *worst* thing is wishfully thinking it's Saturday for a minute.

grateful to only see an empty bottle of seltzer (or Perrier if I'm feeling indulgent for $1.50). grateful to feel zero guilt when i look at those empties.

grateful that I no longer plan which different liquor store i needed to rotate in my shopping to hide my consumption.

grateful for sanity not stupidity.

hope everyone has a great day too!

Carol, it's uncanny....I was just thinking that I am 14 months overdue for mine too...and another ob-gyno check-up...(my doctor yells at me)..not the most fun things to do, but necessary.

Carol - good that you're getting your eye checked out, and yes, Fandy, go make that appointment.

Grateful to see you all this morning.

Grateful for a day of new possibilities.
Grateful to be able to pull it back into this day and not stare incessantly at the horizon.
Grateful for first things first.

Grateful I am going to enjoy this day because it is a God given gift to me.

Have a good one, all.....

Grateful to wake up sober and happy. What a difference from how I used to wake up...

Grateful for good dog-walking weather.

wow, everyone must be sleeping today, i'm never first, gotta fly off to work early.

grateful to be awake after a solid sober sleep with no nightmares to disturb me
grateful for strong coffee, breakfast and exercise to start my day....and I will never forget laying in bed, curled into a ball to ease the pain in my stomach, cringing when i finally got up the nerve to look in the mirror at my pathetic hungover self.

I am so grateful to start the day like a normal person these days...my sobriety is still something i cannot take for granted.

Morning, all...

Grateful I got the computer running again this morning, but looks like it's going back to tech repair.
Grateful for a busy agenda today.
Grateful to have more than one income stream; takes the stress off when one of those stop paying.
Praying this economy turns around, but understand it will be what it will be.

Grateful for good friends, good family and SR.

Have a good one, all....

good morning everybody

grateful for a fresh perspective this morning, putting a new cleaning method in play...grateful to think of it and hoping it works....I've got a crazy schedule, but am basing this on HL's "rule of 10".....I figured if I used to have 10 drinks everyday...I can pick up and put away 10 items, throw out 10 pieces of useless clutter and maybe by the end of the week I can spend less time cleaning the homestead on the weekend and have 10 extra hours for fun....(or even 2 would be awesome).

it's a good morning despite this icky-sticky weather.
