Grateful that Jack has now been treated for his 'intestinal parasites' and will be worm-free in a day or two. Had to have help pilling him since he fights like the devil and does not cooperate in taking pills. Just glad it's done and the other two were negative for parasites. Yay.

Nikko's bad eye now has the third eyelid over most of the eye. We're going to the vet today so will ask them to look at it and do a pressure check on that eye. Prayers appreciated.

So grateful for my good and loving vets. Just got back from taking all three to the vet. All three are heartworm-negative, yay! Jack now has his shots up to date and has his rabies tag finally. Nikko's eye pressure is up again. But will continue the meds and pray for his good health. And not only are my vets loving, their techs are the same. One of the techs gave me two months worth of heartworm preventive!! For free! So they're good until the end of July.

Gotta love animal folks...vet techs don't make much but have one of the most rewarding jobs ever...if I could go back to doing that work I would in a heartbeat.

Genjen, after I saw that picture, I looked at your avatar and I could have sworn that cat was moving, too!

Can't sleep so was doing what I so often do: watching my dogs sleeping on the bed. My heart overflows with love just watching them sleep. Anyone else get like that? Where you get a lump in your throat just looking at them? My cats and dogs are my best therapy.

I was just admiring little Pookie surveying his "kingdom" from the open kitchen window....I will not let him go out and catch birds.

I love the "cat bubbles" too....perhaps a portion controlled diet is needed?

Sammy the wonder-pom is off to the hairdresser tomorrow for a good wash and fluff.

Hi again - I love the idea of this thread, and always mean to stop in! I need to make more time for what really matters..

Anyways, I too was enjoying watching my babies sleep. This afternoon they finally got a decent day outside & instead of just doing their business and running right back in - they laid down on their blankie and napped for 4 hrs. They only woke up to bark at rabbits & birds. It made me so happy to be providing a peaceful & loving home for them. All's right with the world - well, at least for now.

Pet-less myself at the moment, this thread helps, and we enjoy the communal (or are they communist?) cats that live in the apt. basement.

Genjen, love that clip, and your hovercats.
