today seems to be a down bounce day - my legs and back hurt cuz I overdid it cuz I felt good - pffttt!

I'll check it out, blue. You're doing great lately, by the way. Do you know you can work out some of the soreness by getting up and moving more? Drinking enough water, and moving around (even one lap or two) helps get the lactic acid out of your muscles so you feel better. See how you feel staying away from the snacks entirely for a day...you may be surprised at how much more stable you feel.
