Hey, PLOP! No, I have not read Zen Mind Beginners mind. This is a sect of Buddhism that I know little about actually. So, thank you for this book recommendation. I will check this out as well. The more knowledge the better. I hope you are well and getting in those runs. The weather is now allowing for us to ENJOY the outdoors a bit. I hope this is the same in your part of the world.

Mizz, I don't know if this is the kind of reading matter if you're looking for, but one book I like a lot is The Way to Vibrant Health by Alexander and Leslie Lowen. The theory behind so-called bioenergetics is, well, controversial, to put it mildly, but the exercises are fun to do and they really put you in touch with your body. Alexander Lowen has written a bunch of more theoretical books as well.
