Dragon, sorry to hear you daughter is having problems with the crutches. I found them difficult. Could you find her a second hand walker? Oh, and isn't it fine to be able to save up and not have guilt spending money that would have been wasted on alcohol. It's a really nice way to accumulate tools and other things.
On the bus, and going outside with Ruthie to define the back edge of my neighbors property so I'm sure where it is. I did the other side yesterday.

I'm on the Sober Bus today - thanks for letting me hop on for the ride 
Sorry to hear about Young Ms. Dragon. I've never had to try and manage crutches, so I can't offer any suggestions - I'm sure she'll be fine in a bit!!
Enjoy the compressor - those things are just flat out useful and fun!

Dragon I’m sure the physio will help her so she is expertly using the crutches. Hoping she is soon home and not in too much pain.

Nice CK. I think I'm still a couple of months away in Manitoba.
Daughter is still in the hospital, she was complaining yesterday that physio is only one short session per day and she want's to work on the crutches more but they won't allow it. Hopefully today she will be home.
Augh! Monday morning, time change, first day back to work. At least I get to ride the sober bus. Have a great day y'all!

On the bus.... with a Large Pot of Coffee.... I am bringing on board......

I have FRESH CUT UP FRUIT...... Scrambled Eggs, English Muffins, Bacon...... and Juice of all sorts.....

I must have been either lucky or something, I never broke a bone until I was in my fifties...then I broke five of them in short order, but not doing anything remotely athletic. When I was young I used to fly down hills on bike and skateboards, surf, skydive, climb trees and slippery waterfalls without a rope, all kinds of stuff and never got hurt. These days, much more careful about sidewalks and flat surfaces. Just takes a second of not paying attention.

On the bus, sharp cold outside so lots of coffee and maybe only one woods walk with Ruthie. SMART meeting tonight. Have to run to the UPS Store for an Amazon return so I'll also stop into Home Depot and pick up a 1½" Diablo Forstner bit to mke the entry holes in bluebird nest boxes. I have two up and have a couple places more to put one.

We have been getting the peripheral effects of the storms hitting CO and similar places. A little cooler than normal, some clouds/rain and a little windy, but still plenty nice No complaints here.

Not my best day yesterday either Sao.
The company I work for has announced it is going to close in July
My job will end in November (I'll stay to make the final closure)
Not really a big deal for me since I had to retire anyway.
The only difference is that I now know more precisely when my retirement will start.
Count me in for a ride on the Sober Bus today.
