All the best to your daughter Dragon, one small consolation is that she is of an age when these things heal really well. I hope that is the case with your daughter. My older sister has an ugly scar on her arm from skateboarding (many years ago that was)

Ok I am now tired......
but mostly windy day as I was helping hubby set up and take down...
I might need a sleeping bag so I can just fall asleep.....
Maybe I can watch the sun go down for now....too tired to even do that....but will try....

Oh no Dragon, I hope your daughter is okay.....glad your dad has agreed to make the appointment!
I'm not planning on getting vaccinated ~ at least not yet, but my mom got her first shot yesterday so that's good.

I am on the bus.... after my long walk on the beach looking for shells in the moon light.... with God by my side....
Was a relaxing time to just walk slow.....and talk to God...
I have my coffee in hand and put on a Pot of Coffee.....
FRENCH TOAST for all those that are Hungry..... I have strawberries , Redi Whip, and syrup.......

Morning!
They didn't do the surgery until late last night. Well over 24 hours since the accident. Poor dear couldn't eat the whole time, but at least they had her zonked on pain meds. She has a huge cast from her toes to her knee and wont be released until around 7pm tonight.
I didn't get much done yesterday other than finish up cleaning the garage and a little painting on my kitchen cabinet project. I've been looking at air compressors this week and researching paint spray guns. The local shop has put the compressor I want on sale, I fear it's going to be impossible to resist.
Happily climbing aboard the bus!

Dragon - some urges should not be resisted. Tools are always a good choice.
The last two nights it was unbelievably windy. THis morning I thought a bear had gotten to one of the bird feeders until I remembered the wind. Hope it's calmer tonight. I didn't sleep well during the windstorms.

Kinda warm today.... for such an early morning and the sun hasn't even come up....
I need more sleep at this point... so will just grab a sleeping bag and hit the sack for a couple hours...

Young Ms. Dragon was not release yesterday as she's having trouble with mobility. The physio therapist has been working to get her moving on crutches but she's having difficulty.
I got the compressor, with some accessories, but that has to be it for major purchases for a while. I need to build up my sober savings for the next big item.
