Please stay on the Sober bus - pt.32
Strange place Winnipeg “I have made so many attempts to flee the city for safer ground,” said local Levi Stutzma. “But I am forced back every time I reach the Perimeter Highway..." Sounds like an episode of "Tales from the Darkside" lol
I'm on
I'm on
Prayers, Leigh.
Bushfires suck.
I am nowhere near any thankfully....the Adelaide hills biggie is contained...for now at least...part of the reason I donated more than just a little- is the memory of when I had no home, or possessions or such …..a terrible place to be in, especially after trauma.

Cuddles?
For the unlearned I have provided vital information..
Man Hug
A handshake that transitions into a hug-like, semi-embrace that lasts no more than one second and may be accompanied by a firm slap on the back. An acceptable way for one guy to show appreciation for another male friend.

Still on the Sober Bus!
Adjusting to retirement guys. When working, I'd get in early, make my posts, read how everyone is doing. What a great way to start the day. Now? For now, I get on the computer to pay bills, check email a bit. I hope to establish new routines that certainly include going on this computer to stay in touch with my Sober Friends.
Congrats to Purps for your first sober Christmas. Wishing you many more--one day at a time.
Welcome to all who have joined in the last two weeks.
