Shannon is a BAD man!

He's from not too far from where I grew up.
Spent many a Saturday night watching him and his band Wrathchild America at the local clubs.

My buddies had a band and opened up for them a few times.

Glad he made it big, he really is a good guy

Purps, caffeine is not good at all for anxiety and I am an expert on this subject, believe me! Hope it gets better. Exersize helps a lot too. ♥

Much better....meditation + exercise done....think I'll do an online meeting (Smart Recovery) about to start in a little bit.

OMG Thank you for the video Dragon!!! I have one of Shannon's drumsticks displayed in a shadowbox....his drum tech gave it to me....Fishkiller that is SO cool....I've met him a few times....handed him a sharpie to autograph my back & then got it tattooed the next day....he is my hero

I've just been feeling under the weather lately, fortunately not anxious right now, but I've had a migraine today which is almost better now. Haven't had a migraine in years. Been getting a lot of funny visuals for a while now though.

Anyway, another sober day on the bus yay

I couldn't until the last couple of years since I got older and I still don't even try to meditate. I was always very restless and found it difficult to just sit still a lot of the time. Getting old has it's advantages

Harriet, a prayer for your migraine and all the hell that goes with those. I've been suffering from them almost my whole life and I feel for you. Take it easy, esp with bright lights.

I have to have guided meditation, otherwise I wouldn't be able to do it either.

I have no problems napping, except I feel I'm wasting the day away. I took a 40 minute nap today after shopping, I was feeling tired and unmotivated. After the nap I headed right to the garage and made saw dust for the rest of the day. Tomorrow, I'll spend the day vacuuming up sawdust. Hmm, napping sounds better.
