I know that feeling, STDragon! I have been doing 30 min. on the elliptical machine working up to 2.5 miles. Then go biking around the lake to get some fresh air, clear my mind, and enjoy the beautiful day. I do that for about 1/2 hour although I could do it all morning because I really enjoy it.
The next morning I feel it but, look forward to doing it all again!!

Yesterday I had a chance to get in an unplanned outdoor fitness walk and be with people. At work we had a 5K run/3K walk as an outreach event for Sept's observance of Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month. So glad I went!
Today is spin class at 11a. And since it's unusually warm and sunny out, I just may go for another weighted outdoor walk at 3p instead of hitting the gym.

evening gang, thanks for the chuckles. Luv the fitnes section. It's been a nice day today, sunny and +19c. I had my pool drained but before i could pack it up, we were treated to a long rainy period. I'm now draining another 8 inches of water. Hope to have it packed away this weekend.
