Ever tried dried okra? I throw sliced okra in the dehydrator until crisp. It's like popcorn.

That sounds good, do you use fresh okra to start or can you use frozen? We don't get fresh up here in Wisconsin very often of course

I do it with frozen. straight from the bag into the dehydrator.
