OK! What did you do good for yourselves today?

I took the day off from work and rested my bum knee. I'll work Saturday to make up for it but the lack of pain is worth it.

I didn't really do anything nice for myself yet- worked too much.
But now I'm gonna take break for a couple hours

I had a good job interview that I actually prepared for! And I slept in. But that also means i'll be up late I guess so that's not really so good for me.

I slept an hour late this morning AND took a nap. Means more work this weekend -- like you trach :) -- but I needed some rest!

Hi Everyone;
It has been a tough month. . . but we are here and sober :)

The Island moved a bit, but I found it! Busy week but good so far. Spent a fortune at the vet yesterday, but that is expected with a dog with epilepsy, blood work to check med levels is expensive. But she is so worth it, even if Olive can be a haughty little snit!

Here is Olive enjoying some sun. Have a good one Islanders!
