The only meeting I can think of which tops that one when it comes to characters was Midnight on Houston.

It's ironic that the Midnight meeting space was previously an after hours club. I remember Midnight when it was in the old Alanon House space on 46th Street and before that, the Moravian Church on Lexington. The old Living Now was another one. Trying to get back on point, there's nothing like getting the message from the guys who used to be on the Bowery and "The Deuce"..

I couldn't stop, didn't even think it was possible before AA. My first day sober it wasn't even my idea - i was brought here. Just my experience. Whatever works, works.

Fandy, you may not know it but we're EVERYWHERE. No names were mentioned. Not even a single first name. Why the need to be negative amongst all these folks having such a nice conversation? Perhaps you could join in with something positive?
