Grateful to have been to Zumba this morning

Grateful to have treated myself to a new dress - a very rare event for me. And grateful, too, that my partner has suggested going somewhere posh for me to wear it

Grateful Grtgandpa has his wife and daughter to take care of him
Grateful i pushed through my cravings again today
Grateful I will wake on day 9 tomorrow without a hangover and regrets
Grateful for the beautiful peaceful blue view of the harbour on my walk to work today
Grateful for my dogs crazy welcome when I got home from work today (I mean to say I had been away for 20 years or so!! ... or so they thought !!)
