I tried to stay up to watch the Phillies last night after getting up at 2:00am. I made it two innings before falling asleep. Woke up at 4:00 am this morning to see that they won.

And, ooops, that omelette is made with sour cream, not cream cheese.
I think that it is basically a Country French Omelette with sour cream spread on top. I wonder what the words for sour cream are in French.

Now, Glamping seems to be something I could get into. Wow! I would need a real campfire; there’s just something about bacon and eggs and prepared in a cast iron skillet over a campfire that can’t be fully duplicated any other way.
Someone help me build a campfire!
