Thank you for the new thread Dee.

Not enough sleep from bingeing on tablet till early morning. Almost 20 degrees cooler forecast and that is perfect for a nap later.

Thanks Aly for the encouragement but I knew it was coming. Not the dramatic end scene but that’s just the way it goes and I did learn a lot. Plus no maid work!

I’m taking a break from Gdaughter duty. I’m very popular with the backyard and pool but it’s too cold and
breezy for my daughter’s crew today.

Day off for me, but had to schedule an early shot at the doctor's office. It's my second shingles shot, which I have been putting off. The first one was the worst shot I have ever had. Far worse than the Covid shots, more so than tetanus. I tell myself it is much better than getting shingles.

Good morning. I’m a very late riser. My Gdaughter stayed overnight so her father could work on his vehicle. I vaguely remember hitting stop on the alarm. She is still asleep and I may let her hangout with me today. Hope I don’t catch heck from my son. Her cousins will be over this afternoon so they can all play in the pool and I can wonder what on earth I was thinking ha—ha.

Eek on the shot SG. That’s not a fun or relaxing day off activity.

The Philadelphia Flyers went for the big American winger Cutter Gauthier. He's a complete player and known as a beast along the wall, winning puck battles left and right. A very good pick if you ask me

Woke up at 6 this morning. I have a doctors appt today with my pain person. I hope all goes well. I always get stressed when I have to go to the doctor. I hope my BP is normal!

I had an extreme sleep in today. I’ve been staying up very late and am going to knock it off. No coffee after noon!

I hope your dr visit goes well Aly. Shooting blood pressure happens to a lot of people in that environment. Deep breathes helps everything. Of course when stressed we forget that.

Somewhat an early riser at 6:30ish AM.

SG the temp is 68 degrees and humidity is 61%. That is very muggy for us. On the east coast and in the south I felt like I was chewing the air and couldn’t move. We all adapt though. I finally got off my lazy rear end and dusted the huge bedroom ceiling fan.

Hoping your medical visit went well Aly.

Today is payday at the loony toon job I had so I will be picking up my check and running. I don’t want to get sucked into a portal ha-ha. Grocery store and repotting plants on my agenda. This is a good time to think of how to rearrange my environment also.

Stayed up late again and woke up late once again.

Today will be good one. It is yoga and meditation morning and that always helps.

My check wasn’t ready until almost 5 yesterday which was no surprise. I’m glad that is done.
