Sorry about your plumbing woes Chloe. I live in a 70 year old house that seemingly is always springing leaks into the basement.

It was 75 degrees yesterday and stayed in the 60's overnight. I had to put a box fan in my bedroom window because it was so warm. That is incredible for this time of year where I live.

Grabbing a coffee at the cafe.

Best wishes all!

Star...Enjoy your warm day! It's incredible to have this type of weather in Nov.
Thanks for the empathy!

Plumbing leaks - ugh. Leaks of any kind - ugh. Hugs, Chloe.

There are signs of leaks everywhere I turn these days - the very sad aftermath of Hurricane Ian (I used to really like that name.). Recovery is going to be a very long process. There was, already, a significant housing shortage in this and many surrounding areas; housing is now at crisis level. Just to our south, many people are living in tents, families are doubling and tripling up, etc.; debris is still piled high. Food banks and crisis centers are strained and the list of problems goes on.

Unfortunately, another storm/tropical depression seems to be heading this way; while a relatively minor system, it has the potential to drop significant rainfall.

Today’s treat.

Up at 5:00 AM so I am an early riser.

I was thinking about another stay home day but I need food supplies. I use the wind for an excuse to stay inside whenever possible. I did accomplish a clothes closet organizing yesterday. I can actually see what I own. I could also go to yoga which is good for breathing.

A good Monday everyone.
