Boy I sure do appreciate it when I sleep the whole night thru. I don't think I had any dreams either.

I slept well enough. My Doctor changed my prescription and a side effect is vivid dreams. I had YouTube running on AA speakers all night. At one point I was in a step workshop and writing step 4. It was a strange night. A sign, drugged or both?

Good morning Friday!
I woke up around midnight & couldn't get back to sleep so I got up for about 20 minutes. I slept OK after that but woke up with a knot in my back on the left side. I can feel it pulling right down my leg. I'll try the foam roller....

Oh yea - normal spring/summer forecast ahead - rain all weekend.

Dragon, something similar happened to me last week. I had a pulled muscle that ran from my shoulder blade up the one side of my neck. It hurt all day! The perils of sleeping!

An actual all star early riser today. Up at 2:15 am for an early shift at work. It's been a while.

Good morning,

The knot in my back went away but left some kind of tightness down my left leg. Quite painful,didn't go shopping last night because of it. I have the morning to tackle it. Ibuprofin, magic bag & foam roller seem to help. Ukulele class this afternon will cure all ills....
