Thanks for the new thread Dragon! Up at 2:00 for work this morning. TGIF. People around here panic when a storm approaches and hoard food like they won't get out again for a month. These folks would never survive a winter in Winnipeg, or Wyoming for that matter. Have a good day all! |
I got up at 03:00 this morning, and it's an hour later following some catching up on SR threads. It's a work-free day for me, but I'm following my internal clock on rising. Let's all have a great, sober day. |

7:15 AM Awesome picture STDragon. We’re all used to winter. Shoveling seems like an adventure but gets old real quick. I watched the lunar eclipse last night. It was beautiful. Today is my 4th B-day. Freedom! A safe sober Monday to all. |

5:20am Sleep has been broken as of late. I fall asleep quickly, but then I wake about 3 1/2 hours later and doze off for another 1 1/2 hours then maybe an hour after that. I think its been a pattern for a long time, I've only just started recognizing it as a potential problem. |

5:15am OK last night was different in that I even had difficulty falling alseep. |
05:00 is a good hour for me to wake up, not too early, feeling rested. |

Happy belated birthday Imvalentine! Woke at 11am after being up in the middle of the night. Just recovering from jet lag and doing my best to take it easy on myself and all my emotions. Have a great 24hrs everyone. |

Thanks STDragon! It is good to be home. My body decided to be up at 2am. It’s still 12 hours ahead, so I will continue to be patient with it as it adjust back to Ontario time. We got a wicked amount of snow yesterday. How is Winnipeg doing? Happy Thursday everyone! |
Up at 4:15 am for work today. Ugh, it's my Monday! Had a productive "weekend" and bought myself a new guitar. You Canadians can keep all of the snow up your way. Just an inch or two of rain here today. Have a good day all! |

Up at 5:15 CST Broken sleep again, melatonin didn't do much. We only got a dusting here, winds kicked up to 70k overnight but are settled down. Now we are in an extreme cold warning. A new guitar? nice. Did you know that if you capo the fifth fret, the lower four strings are the same as a re-entrant tuned ukulele. |
6:30 AM Woke up to a light dusting of snow and 14 degrees. My perfect weather would be 78 with a slight breeze. Have a good Thursday everyone. |
Up again around 3am. Really trying to get my body back to a reasonable schedule. I’ve never had this much trouble with jet lag. Those winds sound wild STDragon. Hope you spent the evening indoors. Imvalentine- I’m afraid my Fahrenheit to Celsius conversion fails me at this moment. 14 degrees with light snow sounds okay though! Hope you’re fairing well in it. Happy Friday and have a good 24hrs to all. |
