Hi All,

Just wanted to post here.

I was taking 6-8 10 mg norco for the last 7 month and half of that for the prior 5 months.

I am ready to be done doing this, again. This is not my first time, 2nd time in less than a year.

When i was 19, 20(now 36) i got caught in the same trap. I was lucky enough to get off them at that time. I swore i would never take the stuff again, no matter what pain level i was at.

I went through this same ordeal almost to the T 1.3 years ago and posted on here.

Currently I am on hour 12 of no pills. I do not feel great, but i trying to get through this.

Hour 17 here - still feeling bad off and on.

Upset tummy and minutes feel like hours....

Got a call to come pick some up.. but trying to stay strong. I don't feel like giving back 17 hours... It doesn't feel like much, but latest its something.

hang in there - i suspect it will get a bit worse before it gets better. but it will get better!!!!!!

it actually was not bad - i ate half my food which was 98% more than yesterday at lunch.

Hi all - for anyone who may be reading this -

Last night i went to dinner and ate my food.

As of right now i am just over 82 hours still hanging in there..

For anyone reading this or going through this I will give you my timeline:

last pill June 5th @ 9:03 PM - I went to bed normally.

June 6th -Woke up around 6AM normally - but no pills. 7am was still feeling ok so i ate breakfast. Went downhill fast as felt really bad all day, no appetite. I ate bananas, yogurt and drank Gatorade. also took multivitamin in the AM.

June 7th - felt bad all day, no appetite - I ate bananas, yogurt and drank Gatorade. Around dinner i started to get hungry ate cheese and bread. also took multivitamin in the AM.

June 8th - felt somewhat better - I ate bananas, yogurt and drank Gatorade, went to lunch ate half a sandwich, went to dinner ate most of it. walked around at the mall and felt a little better.

June9th - feeling as good as last night, maybe a touch better. Planning on trying to get out of the house a little more today. Sitting around was driving me nuts.

That is where I am at now - I will try to keep this updated. Just passed 86hrs right now...

I just read through your thread, and I wanted to say good job!! You are doing so well!! I am so happy that you are trying to get clean again. I remember you from the last time you were here!! And, I remember that then, too, you had such a good attitude towards the whole process. I am rooting for you!! You can do this!!

Around 90 hours, just got back from the movies.

Keep chugging along...
