What do you think is happening to you Magnolia? Your diagnosis and withdrawal symptoms seem to merge. It's confusing. You avoid the question lots of times.

Alcohol withdrawal? Benzo withdrawal? Panic/PTSD?

Only advice I can give is don't drink, and see your doctor, therapist about the benzos and CPTSD.

On your side Magnolia.

All three of those Steely.

I'm just trying to make it through the night.

No alcohol in the house.

If you've got all three kicking in together Magnolia, best advice I can offer is to drink NO alcohol. Take benzo's as prescribed by your doctor, or, discuss taper, if that's what you want. And see a therapist about CPTSD.

One step at a time. Alcohol will wreck every plan you may have about the rest.

I'm speaking from my own experience Magnolia, nothing more.

Magnolia, just pause and take several deep breaths to try to relax. Go out for a walk and maybe stop for a tea or coffee. Distract yourself and you'll get through this.

Congrats on Day 8.

I understand the paralysis of fear Magnolia. It does get better over time.

Just don't drink.

Not really Steely.

I'm completely out of sorts.

Very depressed.

Sober but not feeling so great.

You're doing great Magnolia, but it's still early days. Try to hang in there and be patient. Alcohol and benzos are depressants so your body is going through a lot right now as it adjusts. Getting exercise each day could be helpful.
