freedomfries dear friend please hang on with all your might. please reach out to someone irl for help. Do you think it's possible the voices aren't telling you the truth? That they are lying to you and manipulating you for their own ends? I honestly believe that they are. They aren't speaking truth to you. They are lying to you and deceiving you. They are tricking you. They aren't telling you the truth. Nothing they say can be relied on, freedomfries. I'm begging you with all my heart to please reach out to someone irl. Please go to the ER and let them help you. The voices are wrong, freedomfries. They are evil and wrong. You are such a shining light in the world my friend. You are stronger than you realise.

Freedomfries, I think that you need to be immediately seen at the Emergency Room. Tell your parents and ask them to take you right away.

I don't know. Maybe they're not real. We'll see what the Ativan does.
I'm probably going to have my injection increased next week. So we'll see if that does anything.

Have only just gotten back Freedom.....something came up....

Thank you so much for checking in, FF. I'm really glad to see that you're still fighting - you are so ******* strong. Keep going, keep talking to us, keep talking to your doctors. I know there's hope for you to have a fulfilling life, even if getting there is the hardest thing you've ever done. I know it.

It was a big improvement from yesterday. The voices were manageable. I didn't just lay under the covers posting and texting crazy ****. I made my bed, opened the blinds, had three square meals, brushed my teeth twice and had a shower. Hopefully tomorrow will be even better.

Good job FF. Hang in there. You might also consider making a journal to document your symptoms. What happened today that led to feeling better? What changed? Meds? Diet? Quantity of diet soda? Exercise?
It will help if you can take a scientific approach to it, but in any case - so glad you're feeling better.
