If one dog is good, two dogs are better.

I've had two dogs. I'm sure you'll make it work if that's what you decide. Is there any way to introduce them and see how they get along before you make the decision? I think it's great for the dogs to have a buddy if you're gone a lot at work etc. Pack animals

Hi, Mantalady. Glad you're still on this side.

Manta, you don't need to drink.

I turned off the TV today. I might check headlines tomorrow. We are not in control of any of this. It will play out the way it was meant to play out, no matter what any of us do at this point.

Solid. Thank you for that. I've been worked up about it since the weekend encounter with loudmouth. Frustration just escalating right now. Would be lying if I said that the thought of a mix drink had not crossed my mind.

Oh my goodness, just catching up on everyone’s posts, and several are quite hilarious, especially the bathroom humour, which scarily is reality, so I’m not sure whether to laugh or be very afraid, perhaps both lol

Bim, this is perfect ❤️

See you all on the new thread tomorrow. The trees here are in their full color and it's just beautiful.

Walks cure everything.

...or, salt water does...meh, see ya tomorrow.

I saw a lady at my local shopping centre yesterday, in Hospital Operating Room clothe (like they do in M.A.S.H). Much overthinking could come into play here.

Bim, trees here are in their full color also - green, LOL.

PJ, maybe the lady in scrubs just works the front counter at a veterinary office or something.

CityBoy, it’s a good thing that green is my favorite color.

Blue, too. Was yesterday’s sky one of the most beautiful you have ever seen?

Was stuck in the office all day yesterday, and today, so couldn't say about the sky being a pretty blue unfortunately. Suppose to get rain early next week from Eta looks like. Cone is different with each update though.

I heard that about Eta, CityBoy; Monday is a long time away weather-wise. We have a lot of misses this season.

A little bit of rain would be okay, though.

Whew, I missed yesterday and just now caught up with the posts. I forgot how much I enjoyed the chat and support here!

Congratulations on your anniversary Leigh! Hope you enjoyed your special day....

I agree with Willow about the bathroom humor, and the Seinfield clip was hilarious, thank you Cityboy

Well, the wait is on for final election results. I am staying busy and eating dark chocolate M & M's
.....and ice cream, and tootsie roll pops.

Love this Bim, ❤️ it’s one for my treasures.

Day 1 of our lockdown....not much has changed. It’s a funny old world. Thankfully we can go for walks. Netflix is helping me along too.

See you soon with the new thread. xx

Two dogs is double the fun, double the trouble, double the food and double the vet bills.

It is a big commitment, personally I would get one dog and let that one settle and yourself adapt before considering a second.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

Yes I like that too, thanks Biminiblue : "I have a much Higher Power than the powers of this world"
BTW i think your brain is working in the same way as quite a lot of us en ce moment

It's after getting really cold the last couple of days like 2°c in the morning. Thank god for heating etc etc...

Lockdown life means i get up way too early, a bit of an insomniac here too like lots of us on this thread i feel...
I boiled three eggs and had two slices of toast at 05:00 in the morning, very tasty and nourishing i hope. My old man used to be a big fan of boiled eggs and i am starting to follow in his foot steps. Of course the art to a good boiled egg is not runny not hard just soft with a little butter salt and pepper. The salt goes in the cap of the egg so you can just dip the spoon in it every now and again. I also collect the empty and broken egg shells as they are a natural mechanism to keep the snails out of my tomatoes in the spring and summer...
Waffling on now, welcome to my brain too

We have one dog and perso i think its enough, vet bills can be pretty hefty whenever anything is wrong...Dog nuts are pretty expensive too. Indeed a commitment an engagement even...

See you on the new thread !
