Dragon, those spiders look massive, I recognise a few of them.

We’re having a new power supply/fuse box fitted and some retiring to the garage, today so I’m going to have no electric and internet for a while after 9.30 am. I’m ok for putting the new thread on which will be around 9am U.K. time.

Nons I have been doing keto for about 5 weeks. It can be a bit tough. I snack on brussel sprouts.

Therapy yesterday was horrible. Two of the group had a difference of opinion. It became very heated. Lots of raised voices, tears and general disdain. I nearly left as it triggered severe anxiety, bad memories and panic. Horrible. Healing no.
