Those symptoms sound like alcohol withdrawal.
If you're not doing well, it's best to go to the ER ASAP.

Er
I went to ER about 2 weeks ago . My blood chem was ok except BAL was a bit high and sodium a bit low . I will make an appointment with doctor Monday .

Nonia, welcome to SR. Please remember- go to an ER if you keep feeling like crap. That is very important. SR is a gamechanger for me. 3.5y ago- I was drinking 5L of rotgut cask wine a day. One thing others suggested I do was join the 'Class of...' thread. For me it was CO- March, 2016. Perhaps you might join the Class of May '19 group? support to you.
Remember- this place is safe- no one judges and the best time to pst, is when you do not want to.

One of the doctors girls phoned me yesterday . I have an appointment Friday . I will see how it goes .

Made it to doctor today , I don't know how . He prescribed more nerve pills and referred me to a head shrinker !

new bp med
The new bp med is working . My bp is normal,pulse good and no fever !
I did something right for a change .

That's great news Nonia.

I find that the longer I am sober the better my anti depressants and anti anxiety medications work. Sure the drink makes me anxious and depressed in the first place. Keep up the great work
