Cigs and booze are both messing everything up physically NONIA. I hope you can get some help from your docs to stop both of those things. I'm sorry you are hurting.

Doc phoned in cephalexin 500mg I take one pill every 6 hours . He want's to see me Friday for doppler ultra sound test and shower every day . I am not up to taking a shower .

Can you take a plastic chair or something into the shower Nonia?

I have a shower chair that I use . Wound is getting worse , I don't want to go to ER .

I saw doctor last week . He said wound should be healed in 2weeks . I stopped drinking and I am sweating .

My mother died last Friday , we buried her Monday . I don't know how I got through it

How is your health Nonia? I'm so sorry to hear about your mother. How did you get through that awful experience? Are you still drinking and smoking? I've though about you over the last few weeks.

I don't know how I got through it . We could not have a proper funeral because of lock down . No priest . The ICU nurse said to me I am very tough . I can only walk about 100 meters a day . Smoking more . No drinking .

It's not smoking , hernia that can't be fixed because of lock down and incision not healed yet . I use my feet to move around in a wheel chair .

Is there any schedule yet NONIA for getting your hernia fixed? I hope you are well today. Are you sober and not smoking? Two great starts if that is the case.

Can't get hernia fixed called elective procedure . Got opioid pain meds today , I am not going to take them .
