We're booked for Dinner out tonight with Pals. Only 1 in 5 drinks, so having to be around ole Eddie Ethanol is a non-issue.
MesaMan, again I have to say what a way with words you have!

Great stuff, Evoo. Just you know that I’ll pass by for dinner any day if that’s what you cook!

Welcome Chrissy

The more relaxed pace of work means you’re going to have time to do so much fun stuff Manta! Like bread making! But I would want to eat it all... I love the smell of freshly baked bread
MLD that description with the butter.... oh yummmmm. I am still thinking about a barista course, it would be much better for my waistline lol although those low carb pizza scrolls could be the go Evo!

Bim I hear you... I always talk too much. Both verbally and on paper. I’ve even been chastised for the length of my work emails and their detail and descriptiveness... I finally managed to quit that job last year

Sao I’m allergic to ironing

A really beautiful vista Mesa, wow!

How’d the date go MB?

Happy Saturday morning everyone, I’m off out for the morning, grocery shopping and errands, Seeya later

Wow! Those pizza scrolls look amazing Evoo, i'll be right over...

Went Ten Pin Bowling tonight, unlike MesaMan's pals my friends do drink but not very much. One dampener on the evening was that someone, not in our group, had some sort of seizure and had to be put on a stretcher and ambulance. I did not see it happen but overheard someone mentioning epilepsy. Hope they're OK. It is a place with a lot of flashing lights which can't help.

It's not the done thing to even mention bars on SR let alone name them but there is an alcohol free bar called Redemption that has opened nearby. Well done them, I really hope it catches on.

Bedtime for this bonzo.

Man, those pizza scrolls sound/look good. I'd ask for the recipe but it's not like I'd actually ever make them.

MB, your nails looked great! Hope you had fun.

G'nite all. See you on Sober Saturday here in the Northern Hemisphere/PNW/US.

Willow- I have a very expensive natural ironing system.

A device I place wet wrinkled clothing on and this apparatus does the rest.

A mountain bike.

Sigh...just realized it's "barrel tasting" week here in my wine country town. So it begins, as spring brings the warmer weather, there will be more and more of this.

I started a "wine sucks" thread for anyone who wants to contribute it would be a big help LOL!

Happy Friday all.

Barrels don't taste good anyways. Too many splinters....

Wine does suck, I was never really a wine dinker. I played the game of wine snob early on as an excuse to drink. But in the later years of my drinking career, I only went to wine if there was nothing else.

I’ll check out your thread, WaterOx. Wine used to be my go to poison. At my worst, I could easily finish off 3 bottles a day. I’m sorely missed by the glass recycling industry.

Hi Weekenders

In please.

Love your aviator Chrissy.

I was wine drinker - like you Captain 3 bottles a day, normally red but sometimes rose never white as it gave me a headache! I then became a vodka drinker. Sometimes I had beer wine and vodka, anything to numb!

Been awake since 4am and bored.

Hiya Weekenders

Evoo, those pizza rolls look so scrumptious! I could just eat one now, at 6 in the morning!

Not a lot going on here but it’s still early, visiting the in-laws later.

Have a good Saturday

Morning all.
Likewise Mags at mother in law's today and for the weekend. My mother in law lives literally in the mountains (pyrenees) so maybe a little trip to the snow later...

Have a great Saturday everyone and stay strong. Remember to come here if the AV comes knocking...

Morning Weekenders, happy to contribute to the wine haters thread.

That's a great design by Mini VMan.

It is grey and overcast here.

Lol PJ as I read I was sure you were going to say yourself!
I just wear them as is. If I hang them on the line straight from the washing machine, they’re not usually too crinkley. If anything is super wrinkly after washing it makes it’s way pretty quick smart to the op shops lol
