Crying and mumbling is the 1st Step. "Our lives had become unmanageable."
That's where I started...I would pay to sit in therapy and just basically be paying $100 for a box of tissues. After some time of doing that I had the tears out. They do need to come out. THEN I was able to say words. Then a couple months after that I was able to string together a WHOLE sentence.

It's all good, thanks Dee, I can't sleep much, but I'm feeling a little better. I'm wrapped in blankets chilling with Leon.
I'm working tomorrow, which is good, anything to keep my mind occupied...
Umm I think Leon is a bit tired of being constantly photographed, but what can you do with such a cute face.

Uh I slept for an hour or two, but I had bad dreams again, so disturbing I was feeling really sick and scared when I woke up.
Nonetheless, I’m a bit better today. More positive...

I get out of bed, had a shower and now I’m back in bed... but I’m getting up now! I mean soon. Very soon.
