Can't walk except to drive to local shops
nap early and nap often. should a rule for life.
this could be a time to start a tidying project, or a minimalist project - sorting thru our STUFF and letting go of that which no longer suits us, that serves no useful purpose. just like alcohol......
then when you tucker out, TAKE A NAP. drink lots of water. i mean LOTS. keep a glass on the counter, and ever time you pass the sink,fill it with cold water and chug some down.
