Lots of recovery plan suggestions on here if you do some searching and some reading.
Important thing is to find one that is right for you and you can commit to.
It isn’t always easy or at least I haven’t always found it easy to stick to my plan EVERY day so be careful not to make it too complex or overbearing to begin with.
Keep it simple and increase the probability of success in my humble opinion.
