Yes!!! So frail. Very exciting.

Love the vid of M15 the Daddy relieving Harriet at the nest and just fussing and fussing over his little chick. So sweet.

Did you see that?? I swear the chick has grown a third in size overnight! Held its head up strongly just now and looked quite like an eaglet!

It’s snowing! A couple of days late and a dollar short, but we do seem to have flurries!

We are under an extreme cold weather warning for the third day in a row here in Sunny Manitoba. Currently -30c (-23f). We have a slight breeze making it feel like -38 (WindChill). Did you know the Celsius and Fahrenheit scales are the same at -40? Almost there..

(If your thinking 'Dejavue?', that's cause I just posted the same text on the Over's thread)

I did not know that. -40, ya might as well be frozen solid, be careful out there.

I would be freaking out. Our power goes out all the time and I have no alternate heat source.

Had a nice chat with the wife about my new sober life. She asked me when I decided to quit. I said it was long before I actually did. I spent many a morning berating myself in the shower only to come home in the evening and do it all over again.

Dragon -40 C is absolute zero as far as i'm concerned. London would not cope with -30C

That is a Delahaye (French) that used to be owned by an actress called Diana Dors who was Britain's answer to Marilyn Monroe. Her husband at the time bought it for her with her own money.

Oh wow.....on so many levels....I know who she was....my folks were Brits.
How very nice of her husband to buy his wife such a luxurious gift with money he did not earn....hmmm.

And the woman I lived next door to for the past 20 years works at a school called Delahaye.

She was married to a young Richard Dawson for about 30 seconds. Wonder if it was him.
