My sleep pattern is all over the place , started my nightshifts last night couldn't stay awake , sneaked into a room and slept for 3 hours . I do security and all the staff are gone from 21:00 to 07:00 . I'm worried I will get caught one of these times. Since my last binge finished sleepiness/exhaustion is a problem.

Morning All- I too have been having internet issues! I do have the app on my phone but I'm finding it hard to use. Day 41 here!!! Hope everyone has a good day!

Melina-Glad the job interview went so well! I always take a "natural flow" to the conversation as a good sign!
MLD-That's so cool your son is playing Zep! The sweetest thing my son ever did for me was call me on my b-day and play "Happy Birthday" for me on his electric guitar! I was at work so he left it on voicemail! It actually brought me to tears and I saved it for years!
Mex-which reminds me....Happy belated B-day! Thanks for that post yesterday, it was so motivating!

Sorry If I overlooked anyone.....I'm doing this in a bit of a hurry before running out the door for work.

Yay! I'm going to guy friend's cabin on Saturday! We are just going for the day to mow, but still. This is a good sign. He says we can go for a weekend later this summer. I like going up to help him do stuff up there. Makes me feel like a "partner." I absolutely love the place. I've watched him work on this place, renovating from the foundation up, for 7 years now. He has done an amazing job with it.

enjoy your field day at the cabin Marty... sounds like you have quite a bit invested in this 'thing'

woke up at 0724. 6 hours of sleep - must have been perfect amount... ******* **** ants on the counter... unloaded dishwasher, loaded dishwasher ... everything off the counter tops, cleaned with a 'bleach' added product...
'raid' anyone?

well my old sneakers are still wet from yesterday's walk through the creek...
need another pair for possible creek immersion this morning... yeah I save old sneakers for fishing, camping and fence painting... , if they're not falling apart, they still good for something... btw, yesterday the duck tape came off the 'work' boots. changed into real work boots to transport rocks... I may be cheap but I never cut corners on safety... definitely proper footwear for carrying very heavy rocks up stairs etc.

well, I actually don't have a holy hand grenade and it's to risky to give the rabbit the old twenty-two skidoo ; plus I could get arrested... gonna affix fencing to the lower parts of side gate - way too much clearance - hopefully remedied by the work I am planning... all human hair does for rabbits is give them something softer to line the nest with... maybe my trap will ketch it... then down to the fishing park it goes....

well, gotta get going, coffee 3 down the hatch...

happy hump day...
oh, and speaking of Bodhi, maybe this will get her attention, nothing like Magic Dick in the morning...

bonus for me, I got the entire "Blow Your Face Out" album lined up,

need some J Geils Band for the vehicle...

Brain, you need a dog or cat for those rabbits.

Red flash, eh? That made me smile.

Enjoy the cabin Marty.

Brynn, Roller Derby is a winter-time thing here. I went to one match - it lasted four hours and went way past my bedtime. It will be a one-off, I think.

LB, condo living FTW.

Melina, fingers crossed for the job you want.

Bodhi...?

Happy B'Day and RIP, Prince.

Olive, you must be happy today. 60F and overcast. Perfect Olive weather.

BigS - that photo is amazing. Great capture with the back lighting and the sunset ambiance!

I'm fixin' brekkie and have a beach hike planned. I didn't make it to the zoo yesterday, but I don't feel like going today either. I've been feeling good and losing weight and while I feel like it need to take advantage of this energy. To the big hill it is!

I've been talking to this guy that started coming to my beach. Something was not quite "right" about him, but I couldn't put my finger on it. Really negative outlook, even though he has a pretty good life. Complains about errythang. Turns out he's been on oxy for ten years . . .he just happened to tell me about it the other day. Oooooohhhh. Now it all makes sense. Of course, he "needs" it. I ain't going there in that conversation.

the good news I got some rocks before the thunderstorm showed up, bad news it my clothes are hanging on the line and it is close to the ground...

so I was sneaking around on my rock hunt and I spy a rock from a distance and think, "It looks like a neat looking rock." Up close it turned into something else...
yesterday in the creek this little baby turtle came 'swimming' past me.
never saw one like it, maybe what the baby ones look like with two red patches on either side of middle back... definitely looked like it will grow up to be something that will take a finger off if you let it... I picked it up by the tail and moved it upstream to slower water - it just swam right back out into the current and downstream it went...

this is the third big snapper I saw expired within the past couple months
