Can I squeeze into my usual window seat please?
Need to look at mindfulness again. .. was trying to practice and I let life and illness get in the way.
My self discovery/improvement journey is so tricky as so much conflicting advice comes my way from family and professional people. .....
I need to stop, rest and regroup myself. ... does that sound silly.. mmm I think it does but I can't find the right words.

Behan, I hope Junior gets better today. I remember how scary and frustrating it can be when a baby is sick. Especially when they refuse medicine. My son got sick a lot as a little guy and often refused medicine. I would be in tears while he cried and cried. Sending you all prayers and good vibes.
