Please help
I know this is serious.. I'm terrified. I'm sitting here on my couch with my dog and cat.. two beings that depend on me.. I have no job..no money and no friends but somehow by the grace of god I managed to pay rent for the month of may. Alcoholism runs in the family... My dad, aunts and uncles and grand folks.. I've reached out for help several times..doctor visits and therapy.. and look at where i'm at now. I feel pathetic and

Now.... that means you've got a timeline; the rest of the month to take action on sobriety and getting something figured out for next month.

Hey there, you doing ok? I am looking outside and it's such a beautiful day here in Virginia gonna make myself get out and do some yard work with my puppy. I'm feeling optimistic today keep your head up and don't stop believing in yourself Hawk. You made an awesome first step today

I really enjoy getting out on my john deere riding mower and just cutting for hours listening to my iPod. Soaking up the sun.....it's very therapeutic for me. I have been trying to surround myself with inspirational books and staying connected with people that I have ignored in the past. I have found that by staying connected with people helps me so much. Even if it's just a quick "hello" text to someone I haven't talked to in awhile. It breaks the loneliness and reclusiveness that I sometimes hide in....I'm so happy you called your aunt
