Are you ok? Have you slipped and started to drink again?

If so remember how well you were doing, that you were happy, and taking actions to do your best to kick this thing to the curb. You can get back on track, we all know that and hopefully so do you.

Yes I have JRyan , sadly :-( I've booked into rehab on the 22nd dec , so hopefully the old me will be back soon. I appreciate your post , thank you love xx

I am needing to revisit this post as I have had a relapse.

I need to feel the fear I had of my initial post and not become complacent.
It's always lurking insidiously just around the corner & has claimed me again.

I WILL fight this, I will beat this once and for all.
