I told her about AVRT, not sure if she was familiar with it before, but should be interesting to hear her take on it. Sometimes the stress gets to the point where my skin crawls. It came with the third child. All of it. Wife's stress accelerated, then mine did. Then we started feeding off of each other.

Maybe it is work. I own my own company, I'm always connected, handling 100+ emails per day plus phone calls. It is an addiction of it's own. I love to sell and grow my company. As I have grown it is starting to get even more busy. I'm checking emails incessantly, reporting, etc. I decided to finish up my email today and take the rest of the day off. Do you realize how hard that is for me? How can I not check email at the end of the day?
