Dying from untreated alcoholism can be quite inconvenient too.

Hi Tanho ! How's classes and the rents? I can't be forum surfing to look for other threads... my laptop is still sick and I can only hold my breath for long enough to check Bottoms (kids room = ).

Hi ananda and anyone else lurking about.

Time for me is way busy today: 45 minute yoga class with the 4th grade, mail, wireless store to pay my cell bill (don't want to chance a late pmt fee), pack up my dried iris rhizomes for storage, kids to orthodontist after school, hopefully me to meditation class in time. Possibly staying for the 7:30 Hatha class.

Checked out the sealed portion of the roof with the inspector yesterday. It's good, dry... lots of storage. It goes across the whole back of the house, is high enough to walk around in and has the potential for being converted to more living space. I'm thinking master bedroom suite with a jacuzzi tub and a glass & pebble shower... some skylights, bamboo floor... wide screen TV... seating area... (DREAMING and watching too many home improvement shows ). Still no change on the January closing date.

Add to that busy list... Not drinking. I definitely will not be drinking today. I have so may other things to do. Drinking is NOT one of them.

After I drop off the daughter unit at school I'm going to look at a small castle/estate that Ms. Astro previewed last night. It's friggin' huge compared to what I'm used to. Say a prayer that it's the right one and they accept the offer.

Hi Guys,

Stoney- So glad you checked in again. I hope you listen to your sponser and do all his suggestions. :ghug3

Here's a funny story for everyone. On Saturday i was passing out chips like I do most every Saturday. Where its almost Halloween, I said Pumpkin orange for the 9 month chip. Well after the meeting one of the guys was picking on me and said he thought I said "F***in orange. LOL I'm like What?! I would never say that at a meeting. Everyone was laughing so hard. my husband and I couldn't stop laughing all the way home afterword.

This Saturday I get the orange chip for 9 months. I'll be giggling thinking about what was said last week when I get it. LOL

Still praying and not lettin' go of you!

Try again..whatever it takes. Seems you are willing...the only requirement.

Gosh, you remind me of me...I know you won't have auto accidents like

me...just don't get cirhhosis like me..

Love you babes!

I have just sat down and worked out the public transport to a meeting a day, it is gonna be like 3 hours travelling to an hour and a half meeting...this is why I have resisted...better than dying an alcoholic death as Tan would say! LOL

Do you dig up your irises every year? Mine are so overgrown and I started to dig them up and it just takes so much effort. Do you re-plant them in the spring?

Thanks for info!

Ya know, I check in with my AA group pretty much every day, whether I want to or not. Usually it's when I least want to that I need to be there the most. That's called accountability. It sucks sometimes, but it still keeps me sober.
