Good morning everybody.

Ananda, wow - so polite, up here the girls just tell you to GTF if they don't want to give you their number. They don't even have to make an excuse and it's the guy that looks stupid, not the girl, lol.

As a rule, most guys up here know that you have to make a girl laugh (a lot) before you even think about asking. Otherwise it's pointless.

I like IO's advice though - thanks but no thanks sounds about right.

Stone, the gym again - sounds like this is getting to be a habbit, keep it up buddy.

Gyps, I didn't even know there were muscles in the places you're talking about.

K, I'm not the kid, I'm the chicken (ninja magic).

Anyway, I'll be on the computer all day today so I'll be popping in and out, keeping a beady ninja eye on you all to make sure you behave.

Your sensai,

RK san.

Just don't give them that much power. They don't deserve it.

I'm going now before I make a long boring speech-LOL

OK I imagine Stoney is buffing up (either his bod or perhaps his nails )...

I have to get yoga'd up for another all day class. The final 2 students give their classes today and we get to work on mantras for a few hours. And find out what our home work is for next month .

* no, didn't sleep much, but I did sleep some. A rerun of the Sopranos was my lullaby.

Just for today, what ever comes out of my mouth .... comes out of my mouth! screw it

Nands, GTF means 'get to fcuk'. Basically the same as 'fcuk off'.

geee...i think i'm glad now that i don't live where you guys do!

Stoney, at least your back to it again....I never could do the excersise thing.

after you excersise do you have a long hot bath to pamper yourself, or are men not allowed to do that?

I just skip the excersise and go straight to the tub myself!

GTF - I lurve it and will use it immediately.

I pulled a Stoney and stayed in bed for a day. Read, watched TV, ate, listened to music, surfed the net, blah blah blah.

Back to reality. I got up early and went to the gym had a really good workout - even when I don't look any different in the mirror, I feel different after exercising - love those endorphins!

I've been isolating a wee bit while on holidays but I do enjoy the time to myself. Still, I need to get back into action, and to get to some meetings.

It's hot here again yuck.

I hope everyone is good - Paul, I'm glad you went back to the gym. Use that frustration to fuel your workouts and go again tomorrow. I will too.

Enjoy your yoga, gyps - will PM you soon, I got yours, thanks.

Hugs to all.
