I have thanks button OCD thanks to RK. Going back to catch up now.
We had another student do his practice teach today which makes taking 3 classes for me today. I am sore!
Worked on pranayama (breathing) today... that was cool. I am going to spaz up the alternate nostril breathing and that kalabati (breath of fire) stuff I bet. And the bandhas. I was like... so you could tell a guy to engage the area between his a$$hole and balls right (cuz for a woman it's like kegels/ the mula bandha)? Not the right words for teaching lol!
And...
She walked me through how to sign people in and take checks and issue class cards this morning. Woohoo! She still needs to show how to mess with the cc machine, I am techo challenged as you know. This seems like a good sign.
Also.... I had a small iced coffee from DD
. Not a lot of sugar at least. I'm not skitzy like I was last time we had coffee in class to get through the day.

It's acceptable to say to engage or contract the muscle between the anus (*snigger) and genitals (*more sniggering)... I will ask her about some of those terms and see how that goes

She told me to be me and not sound mechanical and monotone. I had been trying toning it down since I may be considered slightly loud and boisterous so I was just being me like she said.
