Bottoms Part 58
The orthopedist said it may not necessarily be the yoga... could be my anatomy and the way my ligaments are rubbing on the bone. The yoga instructor said she doesn't notice me doing anything wrong or dangerous. She said my practice is diligent . She thinks I may have overstretched it.
But I will take you're opinion and file it away for later consideration dear .

I didn't overstretch it on purpose. When I'm on my mat, I am on my mat with me. Not looking around seeing who is more stretchier than me.
Hi Tanya . I'm glad you had a good day!
The instructor said to watch it and modify some of the poses. She did say it could take a long while for it to get better and I may have to take easier classes and come less frequently if it continues to hurt.
The orthodude just said don't do bridge or bow. He doesn't know what either of them are and doesn't realise the full scope of yoga . He ordered me to PT and the brace and an MRI in a month if there is still pain (to see if I have ripped something in there).
So yes, and sort of yes.
I am resting right now. And there's no class tomorrow so...
