I'm in a shite mood again! I don't know what's wrong with me - it's been a week on these new meds and I feel bipolar - up then down - down then up!
I was so frustrated I went and marched up and down the staircase here for 15 minutes.
At this rate, at least I'll be losing weight! But grrrrrr.
And I have a trauma recovery workshop all weekend, starting tonight. I am terrified.

The last days haven't been great. I've been being tested on my choices for life, for a long time...I am proud to say i am doing good.
Today i went to the E.R, i was checked by the same doctor, and the nurses still remembered my name, after so much time. It made me realize how much i have been through in such few months.
I called a friend this afternoon. I don't know how i hold on. It makes me think i am much stronger than i can imagine. My next step is to grow more my personal space as a spirit.
