Bottoms Part 58
Is that a perigote K? He looks like the chieftain!!!
Ok, here's the deal folks - I have a nice bit of beef, a red pepper, some onions and some other stuff lying around.
Can anybody suggest something different to make involving some of that stuff, instead of just a normal bunch of steaks?

Oh snap!
Just what I would suggest K :crazy.
Pierogies are doable RK... it's a fun project. No beef or red peppers in them though.
Have fun interning Tanya .
OK... I've got the husband taking the boy to his basketball so now I can...
GO TO YOGA .
*Yes the knee is still aching. Yes, I am insane.
Afterwards we'll meet back here at home and then the whole family will head over to the hospital to visit. The girls and youngest son came last night but I think it's nice for everyone to make an appearance every once in a while.

I would have suggested stir fry also.
I am home from my meeting. Not really wanting to go to the internship. But I am going in a bit.
Does anyone know where I can download AA speakers? I want to sync them to my ipod to listen to at work.

I'm afraid I have opted for simplicity this time around - I had a bottle of Nando's hot peri-peri marinade in the cupboard, so I've cut the beef into steaks now and they're sitting in some of that marinade as we speak.
Thank you for your input citizens of SR - now take me to your leader!!!

you can roast the peppers on your stove or under the broiler
burn them all the way around until even
peel off the burnt skin and try this recipe
you could add spices (chopped sauted onion? ) if desired and this should be good on beef !
Roasted Pepper Sauce
Yield: Makes about 3/4 cupIngredients: 1(7-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
1(7-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained
2/3cup chicken broth
Preparation: 1.Combine ingredients in food processor or blender; process until smooth

Tunnel of Fudge Cake
CAKE:
1 3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
6 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
2 ¼ flour
¾ cups unsweetened cocoa
2 cups chopped walnuts (Don’t scrimp on the nuts – that’s what makes it work..)
GLAZE:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons milk
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. In large bowl, beat butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after adding each. Slowly add in powdered sugar and blend. Stir in remaining cake ingredients by hand until well blended. Spoon batter into prepared pan; spread evenly. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Do not overcook. (Note: testing with toothpick may be difficult because of the gooey center.)
Cool upright on cooling rack for about 1 hour then invert onto serving plate. Cool completely. In small bowl, combine glaze ingredients until well blended. Spoon over top of cake, letting it run down the cake.
