Enjoyed the visit with my friend. Had a nice chat. He bought me 200 cigarettes for Christmas. He was abroad recently so it was less than a quarter than you'd pay here. I should be in his city this month so hopefully we can meet up then.

200 cigarettes!!??!! Don't smoke them. You'll ruin your health. Switch to gum or a patch if you absolutely need nicotine. Talk to your doctor. They will help.

I believe you FF. I've never tried vaping. I've only chewed and smoked tobacco. Just relax. You don't need those cigarettes. If you feel stressed just sit down and relax. I love soup so I make soup whenever I get stressed. I love chicken soup, but off late I've been liking a lamb mince soup.

Throw those cigarettes away. I think I have a good idea where you are. You need to be by yourself. No music, no drugs, no booze. Just be with yourself. I know you know what I mean. Let everything come to your heart, and deal with it. It will be a difficult few hours, but let it happen.

Slept like a log last night. I think the weight lifting helped.
Slept “in” until 10am. Feel so sad about that. But it has to be done to get back to normal.
Our club ride was canceled due bad weather. So we’re riding tomorrow.
Meeting a friend for coffee soon. Must shower, do hair and makeup. Haven’t done that in a while. I need to remember to get back to doing things that make me feel good about myself.
Have a lot of chores left to do!! So many runs to the dump etc.
But…
“You are lovely Peke! You are kind! You are smart! You are beautiful!”
Instead of:
“You slept in so late you lazy bum” and “you look fat bloated”!

I CHOOSE to be happy.

Are you in a cycling club? I don't like running or cycling. I love racing motorcycles though. I wanted to buy an Aprilla, but found that renting them is cheaper.

Maybe some of you are wondering... find a track near where you live. Usually they will let your ride laps without a special license. If you really want to race with others on the track, you will require a special license.

Just a warning: motorsport is an extremely expensive hobby. If you want to release your aggression, go to the gym instead.

A difference of opinion with my girlfriend.
Frankly my feelings were hurt over some comments her sisters made about me when we met last week and she passed them onto me without thinking anything of it.
It's kinda hard for me to move past it.
We seemed to be getting along very well too.
