One Year And Under Part 73
Sounds like a good resolution, Sam Eight months is awesome!!!
I like to have something planned for the NYE occasion, even if I’m staying in….like a mocktail or something to have on hand, drinks or snacks….my usual go-to is chocolate milk

Ha--good idea! I did just buy some various hot chocolate mixes, so you gave me an idea for NYE. Beyond hanging out on my sofa with the cats, lol.
That quote really resonates with me too OTM, and it's true for more than just sobriety Happy New Year whatever gear you approach it in! (Just not reverse!!)
Day 285
Battling some craving today. I think it has to do with just wanting more out of life and not knowing what to do or how to get there. Trying to remember to be thankful but I want more or different.

You have an fascinating challenge ahead of you Off. Perhaps find a new direction to follow. One that that expands your horizon and takes you to new places. Internal adventures of the mind/emotion/spirit are the best I found.
OTM, I thought back to life before alcohol (I could just about recall!) and to the things that had interested me or challenged me. Sometimes those forgotten dreams can be revisited, sometimes just thinking about them can stimulate thoughts of a new challenge. Maybe write a bucket list of a few things you'd like to achieve in the next 12 months?
