Good Morning Overs

It’s a blowy and wet start to the day. The blossoms have come out on the cherry blossom tree, looks very pretty. I keep thinking every year that it’s died but it shows it’s blossoms most years.

Still feeling rough, it’s developed into a chest infection. Thank goodness for my rescue meds. I’ll soon be bouncing back hopefully. My asthma injections this morning. These 4 weeks come round fast.

Have a good day my friends. Be safe xxxx

My med make me meet 'motional, moody and more.
Definitely different days draw closer, that's what it's for .

Saw the boss yesterday. He looks and sounds much better now.

Still a few more weeks of research on the latest book project, then I get to put it all together. One day at a time!

Have a Fantastic Friday, overs!

FBL Glad your boss is on the mend

Peej, hope the new meds are settling in

Sass this week has flown by for us too,, probably because we are finally seeing some decent weather but are about to head back to Scotland!

Mags, glad you're on the mend too

we have another wee rodent visitor (remember 'ratgate'?) this one is waaay cuter a Spanish garden dormouse. We are trying to catch him in a humane trap so we can release him back into the wild. So far hers literally not taking the bait!

Good Evening Overs

Toots, I remember ’ratgate’ lol. Hope you can catch cute mouse in friendly trap. My dear cats have occasionally brought a cute field mouse in for me….Alive…so thoughtful of them. Bless! I’ve got those friendly traps too and never had any success with them. A long cardboard tube was much more effective catching it and putting it back in the field…to live another day.

Sassy, barbecue sounds good.

FBL, I can tell you have a lot of enthusiasm and passion for your book research. Sounds a wonderful way to pass 30 years plus. Pleased your boss is looking better.

Love to all Whinys. xxxx

Good Afternoon Overs

I can hear mowers as neighbors are mowing their lawns. I don’t mind the sound of mosh of them but those strimmers. They’re like fingernails down a blackboard to me. Make me cringe when I hear them.

Love to all Overs. Be safe. xxxx

Good Morning Overs

I think you’re right Dee!

Mr. Mag’s colonoscopy went fine yesterday, no nasties thankfully. Just delving into the world of gluten-free and getting our heads round what he can and can’t eat.

It’s going to be a good week, weather wise apparently and it’s Easter holidays for most of the school kids over here so hopefully they’ll have an enjoyable time.

I’ve got a foggy brain this morning. I think it’s the steroids but funnily enough they usually give me energy, or false sense of energy perhaps.

Have a good day my friends. Be well. xxxx

Mags, as I recall, steroids got me wired up and exhausted to the point of being ready to drop all at the same time! And yep, fuzzy brain, too

Another night of no sleep - I skip sleeping pills a couple of times a week so….

Have a good Monday to all - while I get some sleep
