Congrats on all these rapidly growing numbers - they say the first 30 days feels like a thousand and it sure feels like that to me. Biggest reason for not drinking is that I can't go through this again.
I'm with you all the way on the choc, Erratic - chocolate is the new booze - I think the sugar keeps the cravings down - it's hardly healthy, but one vice at a time I suppose.

Day 13.
I had an ultrasound on my liver a week or so back. Today I got a letter from the hospital and I immediately panicked.
It was from physio, not even related to my scan.
Guess it's natural to worry though.

Colin 50 days is a great number! I really like hitting the milestones where there’s a 0 on the end, it’s a good feeling of accomplishment. Well done on beating the AV. I hope you get a better sleep.
Hang in there Erratic. Chocolate helps me keep the AV at bay too. And icecream. I’m using vanilla yogurt at the moment in an effort to eat healthier. I think anything sugar or dairy helps cravings for me. But too much sugar seems to make it harder for me in the following days. I’m trying to cut out sugar (not particularly successfully I might add) so I’m trying to stick to low sugar dairy like yogurt. Protein drinks help too.
FF 6 days is great, nearly a week again!
Calmself, That’s a pretty cool number 75
Tynesider I hope your results are not scary when they come
Day 28 here

Yes Suze I post first thing in the morning, so while I’m on day 28 today, I’m not at 4 weeks until the very end of the day and after I sleep, which is tomorrow x
And thanks! ❤️❤️
And I’m happy to see your post in the 24s tomorrow (which will be your today!) I think

Hi Everyone. Winding down day 68. It seems that I am thinking less about not drinking as the days tick by and its more natural to not drink. If that makes sense. I even lose track of the day count. Anyway, things are going well. We got my daughter back to school last week. My son got his wisdom teeth out yesterday so he is home recovering. Life keeps moving forward and I’m very happy to be sober for it. Congrats on the milestones. Everyone is doing great! I haven’t been posting as much but am reading several times a day. Have a great evening.
Well done everyone on increasing numbers!
Scott - it s awesome that you are gravitating towards naturally not drinking, but do make sure you still remind yourself to not drink. I say this because in the past this comfort led me to complacency, our addiction can be very sneaky!
End of day 55 here, happy and healthy!
