Hello everyone 
I'm jumping in on this class as I've been wandering in the wilderness for the last few weeks. I've been sober from alcohol for a few years and I am now trying to tackle my (very) longstanding eating disorder (bulimia). I managed 100 days bulimia-free from October until February but have struggled since then. Those 100 days were good and my self esteem soared - I want that back again!
Looking forward to sharing this journey with you all and to achieving some more milestones.....
Together we can definitely do this!

evening all, wow alot of people has joined up xx really good to see so many posts, im just heading off to eat a little to curb the cravings away, so its just a quick post and ending my day 2. thanks venuscat luv xx
devizes i hear u on the bulimia and well done on 100 days, i was bulimic myself, but then they changed it to EDNOS, but found out that doesnt exist anymore so im as always in between starving and being sick. nvm enough of that talk x keep up the good work. Hope u all had good day and keep up the good work xx night for now as i have early start in the morning again xx
