This is for Vo and anyone else who is gardening.

Not the greatest pic, and I am not quite finished.....but this is the idea.
(I have more pine cones coming tomorrow to put in the empty tin planters).

I worked at Vic market for a while on the weekends.....loved it.
Prahran Mkt always freaked me ut cos it is so hard to park.

I'm checking in quick in case we lose power.....the lights have flickered several times. Over 60 mph winds with blizzard conditions outside. Glad I'm inside with a nice warm fire & I hope the power stays on!

24 more please & Congratulations to everyone celebrating a Milestone!!
Wishing everyone a sober & peaceful day or night with love.....xxxx

After having a big one in the movie theatre that was quickly followed by 9/11... Yikes! I thought I’d give the Paxil my doctor had prescribed a few years earlier.

Fast forward, for ME, Paxil has filled that place in my head & body. That’s me, I’m no doctor, just my experience.

Sometimes during these Covid months, I will find my body feeling extra stressed, you just know, at those times I use some of my tools I’ve learned, and am ok again.

I, too, felt SO relieved when I opened up to a teacher at our son’s elementary school. Yeah, it’s been a long road, but looking back, I’ve been in such a good spot for geez, almost 20 years!

Thank you Bobbi, I really appreciate you sharing your experience I have thought about an AD & my doctor has also suggested it.
